Refund policy

 

At My Little Barfi (& The Barfi Edit) we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your products.

Please note: We are currently unable to offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item. If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery please ensure you get proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its journey back to us.

We accept returns given the following conditions:

  • The clothing must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. 
  • All products must be returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging in order to be refunded.
  • Clothes must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. It is not possible to accept clothing returned with the tags removed.
  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to hello@mylittlebarfi.com

Dolls: As each doll is handmade, slight variations in stitching or appearance may occur, this is part of their unique character, not a defect.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Dolls must be unused, unplayed with, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Items showing visible signs of play or handling cannot be returned.

How to return an item
If you need to return your order please email hello@mylittlebarfi quoting your order reference number with the following information. 

  • Name
  • Address
  • Item to be returned
  • Date of Purchase or Order Number
  • Reason for Return

We will then provide return shipping details. Items sent back to us without a return request email will not be accepted. Please email us to let us know you have sent your order back to the warehouse so the team can expect it.

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. *Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost paid by the customer.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges at our discretion. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at hello@mylittlebarfi.com with your order details and reason for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items received without tags or original packaging will not be accepted for an exchange.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement free of charge.

*Please note: colours may vary slightly from what is shown in our product photography due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur.

Since our clothing is printed and handmade, there may be occasional minor faults. While this is rare, we kindly request your understanding and encourage you to contact us in such instances. Our aim is to not only fix the issue for you, but also to use your feedback to improve our products and prevent any future occurrences.
