ORDER PROCESSING
Our UK orders are processed and dispatched via Royal Mail within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order is placed on Saturday it will be dispatched the following Monday. During seasonal times of year like Christmas, orders can take up to 4 days to be dispatched. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

We know how important it is to receive your items as quickly as possible, below are details of our delivery rates and timescales.

UK shipping Royal Mail Tracked 24h (1-2 days) - £5.10
UK Next Day - £8.50 (order must be placed by 12pm. Does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays)
FREE DELIVERY: On all orders over £75

Standard Delivery 3-5days - 25dhs 
Same Day Delivery - 40dhs (Please note this may not be possible while the UAE is facing regional disruption due to USA-Iran. Please email if it is an urgent order.

Tracked Delivery (10-14 working days) - £16–£42 depending on order value.
Free shipping on orders over $180. 
All duties and taxes are included in your shipping rate. No additional charges on delivery.

AUSTRALIA
Tracked Delivery (10-14 working days) - £34–£56 depending on order value. Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery, payable by the customer.

CANADA
Tracked Delivery (10-14 working days) - £25–£42 depending on order value. Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery, payable by the customer.

NEW ZEALAND
Tracked Delivery (10-14 working days) - £34–£58 depending on order value. Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery, payable by the customer.

SINGAPORE
Tracked Delivery (10-14 working days) - £25–£78 depending on order value. Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery, payable by the customer.

NETHERLANDS, GERMANY & SWEDEN
Tracked Delivery (10-14 working days) - £11–£18 depending on order value.
Free shipping on orders over £150.
Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery, payable by the customer.

SWITZERLAND
Tracked Delivery (10-14 working days) - £12–£23 depending on order value.
Free shipping on orders over £200.
Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery, payable by the customer.

For USA orders, duties & taxes are already paid for. For other international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charge occur and how much the charges are. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package but please get in touch via email and we can see what we can do to help.
