Love this little doll! I got one for my daughter and one for my niece I can’t wait to watch them play with them! My husbands name is Kabir and this doll does look like him! Will be funny to see my daughter playing with her papa doll and niece with her Chacha doll!

Representation really does matter 🤎

Raising a mixed race child in a world which frequently feels unkind to people who are represented as the “minority” is challenging and a doll that is presented so beautifully in my child’s image- dark skin , dark eyes & thick curly hair comforts me knowing that my child will be comforted and empowered to see themself represented . I longed for a doll like this when I was younger so I thank you for this perfect collection of dolls , of enabling me to continue to raise a child that will be proud of their heritage , culture , skin & hair through the small but meaningful action of owning a doll that they see them self in !
The crafts(wo)menship of the doll itself is beautiful and when they are back in stock I will be adding to my collection !
