A beautiful gift for my sister who's a mum-to-be

I bought the sleepsuit bundle for my sister's baby shower, the sleepsuits themselves are so gorgeous, incredibly soft, and well-made. The detailed embroidery is stunning. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, due to the courier's error it was very crumpled and the card inside was damaged. I contacted the MLB team only to inform them, and their customer service was 10/10, I didn't expect anything for this at all as I was only providing feedback but they immediately sent a new card back to me and a discount code for my next order to apologise!
